HC Consultancy is pleased to welcome M. Lukshumayeh as Resident Legal Advisor. His presence will complement our corporate work and expand our capabilities in providing litigation and advisory services to businesses operating in Singapore.

As a Director of our associated companies, MC Corporate Services Pte Ltd and MC Accounting Services Pte Ltd, M. Lukshumayeh advises on corporate structuring matters. His involvement with HC Consultancy creates a direct channel for clients seeking strategic legal solutions when they engage us for their business needs.

As the Founder and Managing Director of Lukshumayeh Law Corporation, he also serves as a Director to SecureGuard Security Services Co-operative Ltd, Security Masters Pte Ltd and the Legal Advisor of TCC Credit Co-operative Ltd, reflecting his involvement in commercial, community and co-operative initiatives.

A seasoned legal professional in Singapore, he brings extensive experience from his partnership at Rayney Wong & Company and consultancy at S T Chelvan & Company.

As an Advocate & Solicitor in Singapore and Barrister-at-Law (Middle Temple, UK), his key litigation practice areas include criminal law, civil law, corporate and commercial law, family law, immigration law, labour law, landlord and tenant law, sports law, Wills and LPA.

Beyond his legal practice, his dedication to public service is demonstrated through over two decades of volunteering with the Legal Assistance Scheme for Capital Offences (LASCO), for which he received the LASCO Award in 2021.

Lukshumayeh is also an accredited Mediator with the Community Mediation Centres (Ministry of Law), Consumer Association of Singapore (CASE), and serves as a Senior Mediator on the Law Society Mediation Panel of Mediators.
