The SME Centre Conference 2017 led by SME Centre at Singapore Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SICCI) was aimed at exposing small and medium enterprises to new ideas, business models and invaluable insights of industry leaders and experts. With over 800 CEOs, founders, entrepreneurs and policy makers, the conference was a great platform for making connections and exchanging ideas.
The SME Centre at SICCI has always lent a hand in assisting Singapore Indian businesses develop and build their portfolios since its creation.
The Centre’s chairperson and SICCI director Ms Helen Campos said, “We work closely with Government agencies such as SPRING Singapore, International Enterprise Singapore, Economic Development Board, Infocomm Media Development Authority and Workforce Singapore to help Singapore Indian enterprises develop a better understanding of available assistance schemes and assist them with the relevant applications.”
The Centre organizes workshops that educate SMEs on a variety of business functions and point out the areas in which the businesses can improve on and thereby have an edge over their market competitors.
